- Log into your account OR click ACCOUNT on the menu header if you’re already logged in.
- Select the MY SUBSCRIPTION tab
To delay your shipment
- Scroll to ACTIONS section
- You can either select Edit Subscription Details to choose a specific date for your subscription to resume, or skip a single cycle by clicking the date listed next to “Skip Next Shipment”
To pause your subscription
- Send us an email to place your subscription on hold for an indefinite period of time. Simply notify us when you’re ready re-activate your subscription and it will resume its original cycle.
