Can I get a refund for my coffee?
Coffee must be returned, unopened, to us within 30 days of shipping in order to receive a refund. To return coffee, you may write “REFUSED” on the package and give to your postal carrier to return to sender. Once we receive the returned shipment, we will process a refund, which may take 2-4 business days to appear back on your account. We are not able to refund a shipment until we have received the coffee back.
