What variety of coffee(s) am I ordering?
We believe one of the best ways to experience Utopian Coffee is by experimenting with our different varieties of regionals. We would love to send you a different, fresh roasted coffee each month as part of our Coffee of the Month Club, or if you prefer only coffees from a specific region, or even just one favorite coffee, we can make that happen. Just put whatever notes you want us to know about your preferences in the ‘Notes’ section when you subscribe, and we’ll make sure you get the gourmet coffee you want–when you want it.
What is the bag size?
Each bag of fresh roasted coffee is 12 oz.
What if I want to buy this as a gift for someone else?
No problem. You have two options: First–when you checkout, there is a section for ‘Shipping Address’, and you’ll want to include your recipient’s name and address here. You’ll want to make sure you also update the ‘Billing Address’ section with your own details, or else the purchase cannot go through. Second option is to purchase our Gift Subscription, which is paid for upfront and lasts for either 6 or 12 months.
How long is the membership?
We believe you will love our fresh roasted coffee so much, you’ll never want to stop, but if circumstances come up that require you to stop your membership, you can easily do that at any time. Simply sign in to your account to cancel or update your membership.
Can I change how much coffee I’m getting?
Absolutely. To change your subscription, sign in to your account, and then click on ‘Switch Subscription’ to select your updated quantity. We won’t charge you a penny until your next renew date, and your updated subscription is done!
