Our Rutas del Incas beans are grown high in the Andean Mountains in Peru’s stunning Chota Province, a location so remote that you won’t even find it on Google. You’ll have to take our word for it when we tell you we’ve been trying to get our hands on this elusive bean since 2017. When we first tasted the complex and nostalgic flavor of this bean, our concept of Peruvian coffee was forever redefined. This coffee straddles the line between a fruity third-wave, modern coffee and a more traditional chocolate-caramel cup. After three years of chasing it down, our partners at Origin finally gave us first dibs this year!
