Build Your Subscription
Build your subscription with the coffees you want, delivered as often as you want. Each of these options rotates every month.
Roaster's Choice is our most popular monthly rotating selection of single-origin coffees and blends in an approachable light/medium to medium/dark range.
Light subscription will offer a rotation of Single Origin offerings in a light to light/medium range.
Medium subscription give you a rotation of different Medium Single Origin coffees, all ranging from a light/medium to a medium/dark range.
Dark subscription is for those who enjoy a more robust, deep coffee, and is a rotation of medium/dark to dark Single Origin coffees.
Can I still get a subscription for a Utopian Blend (Union, Obsidian, etc..)?
Yes! If you navigate to our coffee page, you can click on the blend you'd like. Instead of making a one time purchase, click "subscribe and save".
How often can I get my coffee shipped?
We ship your coffee to you on your timeline.
Can I order a subscription for someone else?
You can purchase a gift subscription by entering the recipient’s shipping address and your billing address at checkout. This will charge your card. You can manually cancel the gift subscription at anytime.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes, of course. You can pause or cancel a subscription any time you want in the customer portal. The only time when the subscription can't be cancelled is if you started a subscription which requires a certain number of payments before you can cancel it. The customer portal can be accessed through the magic link you received in the email that was sent to you when you placed an initial subscription order in the shop. You can also access your subscriptions if you create an account in your shop.
How can I skip or reschedule a charge?
You can skip or reschedule the charge in the customer portal. Each scheduled delivery will have a "skip payment" button next to it, which you can use to skip the charge. You can reschedule the charge by clicking on the Reschedule button next to the delivery date.
Can I add more coffee to my subscription?
Of course. You can add products to your subscription in the customer portal. Just click on the Edit button in the products card and edit, remove or add products to your subscription..
What happens if the payment can't be processed?
If the subscription can't be renewed because a payment can't be processed you will receive an email with a link where you can safely update your payment method.
